Detailed Description
Node of a dependency graph
The node has multiple children. It should resolve all children (default action of solve_initialize) then return.
post() allows to post a new children.
postOnce() allows to post a child, but does nothing if it's already in the list.
Used to solve dependencies in router initialization.
